摘要
本文通过逐级递增负荷运动时血乳酸、血液PH和其他酸碱状态指标的测定,以三种方式计算了受试者的血液缓冲能力。实验结果表明,不同训练水平受试者之间或六个月中长跑专项训练前后血液缓冲能力并没有显著变化,提示速耐训练可能并不能改善血液缓冲能力。经过训练后受试者提高了延缓乳酸堆积的能力,可能与乳酸生成量的减少或清除量的增加有关,而不是血液缓冲乳酸能力的改变。
Blood lactate (LA), blood pH, and other acid-base status during graded exercise were tested to calculate blood buffer capacity (BC) of the subjects. The results indicate that there is no significant difference of the BC of blood between individuals of different training level and the BC of blood does not change much after six months training of middle distance run- ning. It is then suggested that the BC of blood may not be improved by speed-endurance training. 'The improvement of the ability to delay LA accumulation in blood after training may be affected by the decrease of LA produced or by the increase of LA cleared out, rather than by the change of the BC of blood.
