摘要 本文研究表明:V_(AT)强度下的血HL浓度存在明显个体差异,体能高者血清HL水平较低;V_(AT)强度运动可引起血清LDH、ICDH、SDH活性显著升高,且升高幅度与酶种类、体能水平有关,升高的酶活性的恢复也与体能有关,提示对不同训练水平的人进行V_(AT)强度训练时机体的全面恢复需要不同时间以及使用血清酶指标评价运动后机体的恢复情况时应该全面和慎重;静息时血清ICDH活性与以千克体重吸氧量表示的V_(AT)之间呈显著正相关(r=0.556,p<0.005),血清LDH活性与V_(AT)未发现相关,说明LDH在决定V_(AT)大小方面可能不起作用。 Changes and recovery of serum HL, LDH, ICDH, and SDH after running at ventilatory anaerobic threshold (V_(AT)) intensity and their relationship with VO_2 at V_(AT) were investigated in 29 male college students. Results indicate that 1) Serum HL levels after running at V_(AT) intensity vary obviously between individuals. It is lower in students with better physical fitness: 2) Running at V_(AT) intensity can raise serum LDH. ICDH, SDH activities remarkably and the ranges of rise are related with the types of enzyme and level of physical fitness. The recovery of raised enzyme activities is also related with physical fitness. Different enzymes have different releasing mechanisms and training may have effects on the clearance of some enzymes from serum. It tells that when training at V_(AT) intensity people of different training levels need different times in function recovery. So the appraisal of the recovery of organic functions by indexes of serum enzymes must be done carefully with an understanding of overall situation; 3) Serum ICDH activity at rest is obviously correlated with VO_2/kg at V_(AT) intensity (r=0. 556, p<0. 005). But serum LDH activity is not found to have correlation with VO_2/kg at V_(AT) intensity. This indicates that LDH activity doesn't play any role in the determination of V_(AT).
