摘要
本文运用认知、催眠放松、表象训练等方法,对8名优秀运动员进行训练,使他们克服了各自不同的心理障碍。
During competition and training, athletes not only bear with various kinds of physical and mental workloads but also face some cognitive obstacles caused by environmental stimuli or perceptional errors. These obstacles have negative impacts on athlete's performance. The purpose of this study is to present appropriate psychological consulting and training methods to help athletes overcome these different obstacles. 8 elite athletes served as subjects and were given cognitive training, hypnotic relaxation training, mental rehearsal training, etc. . they all successfully overcame their respective obstacles and achieved better performance.
