关于青少年游泳运动员选材综合评价标准的研究

A Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Standards for Identifying Young Swimming Talent

国内外对青少年运动员科学选材的研究工作非常重视,新指标的开发与多指标的综合评价尤为令人关注本文从游泳项目入手,确定了74项测试指标(包括形态、机能、素质、心理、发育等),对四川省500余名青少年游泳运动员进行了连续三年的跟踪测试(1988—1990年).应用相关分析与逐步回归分析的方法,计算出影响青少年游泳运动员竞技能力的各测试指标的权重,建立了各测试指标与游泳竞技能力之间关系的数学表达式,并以此为根据建立起青少年游泳运动员选材综合评价的标准。

In China, as elsewhere in the world, much importance is being attached to researches on identifying young sports talent, especially through overall evaluation based on multiple test items. For this purpose many new test items have been developed. Using 74 test items related to morphology, physical attributes, functions and growth, psychology, etc, the authors conducted three follow-up tests on 500 teenage swimmers of Sichuan Province during the years from 1988 to 1990. Various weight factors of these items which influenced the performance levels of the swimmers were calculated by using methods of relative analysis and progressive regression analysis, and mathematical equations and progressive regression analysis, and mathematical equations between the various test items and levels of swimming performance were worked out. Finally, standards for the comprehensive evaluation of potential swimming talents were established.
