摘要
本研究根据武术竞技运动的技术特点和负荷形式,通过血气、血乳酸、血红蛋白、遥测心率等12项指标的测试观察,对运动员在演练过程中的供能能力和体力分配进行了研究和评估,进而研究分析了在演练过程中的心率变化规律,以及训练中与比赛中的不同强度。使教练员可直接通过心率变化曲线来评定运动员的耐力水平、负荷强度,以判别运动员的奋力程度。
Based on the technical characteristics and forms of exercise in competitive wushu, the efficiency of energy supply and the distribution of physical strength during wushu performance were studied and analysed using 12 test items including blood gas, lactic acid in blood, hemoglobin and heart rate. Changes in heart rates and load intensities in training and competition were then observed and analysed. A scientific basis was thus provided for coaches to evaluate the endurance level, work intensity and degree of exertion in an athlete by directly examining the heart rate curves.
