摘要 给18只Wistar大白鼠胃窦部埋植不锈钢针形双极记录电极,观察运动后胃电慢波和快波的变化规律。实验结果提示:(1)运动后胃电的慢波和快波均呈现规律性变化,快波改变最为明显,且快波增强时慢波振幅一般也随之增高。(2)运动后胃电呈先抑制后增强的双相改变,但抑制时间较短,通常不超过5—10分钟。(3)阻断肾上腺素能α受体后,运动后胃电的抑制反应消失,增强反应更为明显。(4)阻断胆碱能M受体后,运动后胃电改变基本消失。(5)阻断肾上腺素能β受体后,对运动后胃电改变的影响不明显。 The effects of exercise on slow waves and spike bursts and the functions of the stomach were studed in 18 rats with bipolar stainless steel electrodes implanted on the gastric antrum. The purpose of the study was to provide athletes with ex- perimental data for determining the appropriate time for eating after exercise. Results of the study: (1) After exercise, the slow waves and spike bursts both showed regular changes. The changes in the pike bursts were more manifest, and the bursts were accompanied by larger amplitudes of the slow waves. (2)After exercise the gastric myoelectric activity showed biphasic changes, usually with inhibition lasting no more than 5-10 minutes before giving way to enhancement. (3)With blockade of the alpha adrenergic receptor, the inhibition phase disappeared and the enhancement response became more evident. (4)The changes of the gastric myoelectric activity after exercise basically vanished after the blockade of the M cholinergic receptor. (5)Blockade of the beta adrenergic receptor had little effect on the changes of gastric myoelectric activity after exercise.
