开放地区高校校园文化有其特殊性,商品经济迅速发展对校园文化建设既是机会又是挑战.本文论述了开放地区高校校园文化的构架、功能及特点,指出校园文化建设中存在的令人耽忧的现状,提出了加强党的领导、加强教育功能、提高文化修养层次、开展健康的社团活动和增强学术气氛等建设校园文化的对策。

In the open areas the campus culture has its unique character.The rapid growthof the commodity economy offers both an opportunity and a challenge for thecultural undertaking of the campus.This essay consists chiefly in the structure,function and features of the campus culture in open areas,pointing out the statusquo warranting due anxiety.Measures put forth include:strengthening the Party'sleadership,reinforcing the educational function,raising the cultural standard,carryingforward healthy community activities and reinforcing academic atmosphere.
