Urgency of and Tactics for Strengthening Transnational Development of Shenzhen's Enterprises

本文从世界经济发展到90年代的国际趋势和国际上跨国公司产生的四种因素,以及深圳目前企业的发展情况等角度阐述了深圳企业进行跨国度发展的必然性。同时,总结了企业跨国度发展的作用和深圳企业进行跨国度发展的可能性。最后,文章试着提出了深圳企业进行跨国度发展的几个阶段及其进入策略。

The inevitability of transnational development for Shenzhen's enterprises is in this paper demonstrated from the angles of the international trend in economic develop-ment in 1990s,the four factors leading to emergence of transnational companies,andthe present state of the development of Shenzhen's enterprises.The role of transna-tional expansion is summed up and the possibility for Shenzhen's enterprises to con-duct transnational growth studied.The paper winds up with a tentative effort topropose several phases and tatics for Shenzhen's enterprises to enter the stage oftransnational development.
