深圳特区企业效益流失的形式及防止效益流失的对策

Forms of Profit Drain in Shenzhen SEZ's Enterprises and Measures to Prevent Profit Drain

提高经济效益是深圳经济特区今后十年的首要任务,企业效益流失是经济特区全面提高经济效益的严重障碍。本文针对深圳经济特区企业效益流失的几个问题,特别是特区内“三资”企业外商利用所掌握的供销渠道转移利润,损害中方股东利益、企业内部财务管理混乱造成效益流失等问题作了阐述,并在此基础上提出了防止特区企业效益流失的对策。

A top task for Shenzhen SEZ in the coming decade is to enhance the economicefficiency.And the drain of profit of the enterprise spells a serious obstacle to theallround improvement of economic efficiency.This essay elaborates on this issue withthe spearhead of attack directed against several outlets of profit in Shenzhen SEZ,inparticular the transfer of profits harmful to the interest of the Ghinese partners by the foreign investors in the SEZ's enterprises with foreign investment who make useof the supply-distribution channels under their control,and the managerial confusionof financial affairs of the enterprises which leads to profit outflow.Based on the aboveanalysis the author suggests same counter-measures for the prevention of profit drain.
