On Scales Foreign Debts

本文分别从外债需求、偿债可能以及外债需求与偿债可能相结合的角度对外债规模问题进行了全面考察。作者在对国内外有关外债方面的学术观点进行研究的基础上,运用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,提出了外债必要规模决定模型、外债安全规模决定模型以及决定外债适度规模的规则。

This paper makes overall observation on scales of foreign debt from the levels of de-mand, possibilities and the ability of debt-service and repayment. Having studied the academ-ic viewpoints on foreign debt, home and abroad, the writer puts forth, through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, that the scale of debt needs decide patterns, the scales of debt security decide patterns and the rule of foreign debt proceeding.
