The Distribution and Accumulation of National Income of Our Country in 1990s.

研究和总结我国社会主义国民收入的生产和分配问题,特别是处理好90年代国民收入的分配和积累,是我们面临的重大的理论与实践课题;保持国民收入适度增长是90年代发展国民经济的重要任务。本文还提出了正确处理积累与消费的关系,建立合理的分配格局,协调各方面的物质利益的基本原则和思路。

To study and review the growth, and distribution of socialist national income in our country especially to handle well the distribution and accumulation of national income of our country in 1990s is an important theoretical and practical subject for us to deal with. And to keep the appropriate growth of national income is an important task of developing national e-conomy in 1990s. This paper puts forth the basic principles and thinkings for correctly han- dling the relations between accumulation and consumption, establishing a rational distribution institution and readjusting the material benefits of various strata.
