摘要
通行于企业产品结构分析的波士顿矩阵法经过适应性修改可应用于一个国家的国际产品结构分析。应用该法对我国80年代出口产品结构的分析表明,五种主要出口产品的营销地位同我国比较优势的演进有着密切的联系。利用过去的优势,巩固现在的优势,发展和培育未来的优势,是我国出口营销的基本战略思路。
The Boston matrix method usually used for enterprise products structural analysis can be appropriately revised and applied for the analysis of international products structure of a country. It has been used to analyse China's export products structure in 1980s, and the re-sult shows that the sales status of five major export products is closely linked with the evolu-tion of China's comparative superiority. And therefore, it is the fundamental strategic think- ing of China's export management to maintain the past superiority, consolidate the present superiority, develop and cultivate the future superiority.
