Through watching the 24th and 25th World Gymnastics Championships, the author proposed the following ideas about the optional exercise of the men's horse vaulting: 1. In the three kinds of competitions, the team with high skills should select 'D' part, and avoid popular exercises. 2. In the final contest, two 'D' parts with unique style had to be grasped for the purpose of wining the golden medal. 3. Only had the exercises value, that the unique scores could be added.
