针对目前Android平台没有实现藏文本地化,藏文字形叠加不正常等问题,通过研究Android系统源码和藏文文字特点,详细阐述了Android系统下的藏文本地化操作.主要研究内容包括下载编译Android4.1源码、语言设置添加藏文选项、修改ICU4C模块、添加藏文字体、翻译藏文语言包、解决藏文叠加显示问题、添加藏文输入法等,实现了Android平台下的藏文本地化,为在Android设备上实现藏文本地化打下了基础.

Android platform is not implemented Tibetan localization currently. Tibetan glyphs superimposed incorrect. This paper researched Android system source code and Tibetan text features,elaborated Tibetan localized operating on Android system. The main contents include downloaded and compiled Android4. 1 source, added the Tibetan language settings options,modified the ICU4C module,added Tibetan font,translated into Tibetan language,solved the problem of Tibetan superposition display,added Tibetan input method,etc. The implementation of the Android platform Tibetan localization is the foundation for Tibetan localization on Android devices.
