鱼腥草种子形态及萌发特性初步研究

Preliminary study on the morphology and germination characteristics of Houttuynia cordate seed

目的:了解鱼腥草种子外观形态及发芽特性。方法:直接观察鱼腥草果实和种子的外观形态,并在室温光照条件下进行发芽试验,记录10批鱼腥草种子的发芽过程,测定发芽率、发芽势。结果:鱼腥草种子极小,平均千粒重为49.19mg;鱼腥草种子为光敏感种子,在黑暗条件下不发芽;《中华本草》记载鱼腥草种子发芽率仅为20%左右,本实验中,有60%的鱼腥草种子发芽率超过70%。结论:通过首次对鱼腥草种子形态及发芽率研究,探索出鱼腥草种子萌发特性及条件,可为后续保存鱼腥草优良种质、开展鱼腥草优良品种繁育提供理论依据。

Objective: To investigate the Houttuynia cordate seed morphology and germination characteristics. Method: Houttuynia cordate fruit and seed morphology were observed. Germination test was carried out in light conditions at room temperature. 10 batches Houttuynia cordate seed germination process were recorded. The germination rate and germination potential were detected. Result: Houttuynia cordate seed was small with an average grain weight of 49.19 mg. Houttuynia cordate seed was light-sensitive which didn't germinate in darkness. Although Houttuynia cordate seed germination rate was only about 20% which was recorded in 'Chinese Materia Medica', 60% of the Houttuynia cordate seed germination rate of over 70% was found in the experiment. Conclusion: The morphology and germination rate of Houttuynia cordate seeds are studied for the first time. Houttuynia cordate seed germination characteristics and conditions are explored which can provide theoretical basis for subsequent saving of Houttuynia cordate elite germplasm and breeding of fine varieties.
