腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术中双极电凝止血对卵巢功能的影响探讨

Observation on influence of bipolar coagulation hemostasis on ovarian function in laparoscopic ovarian cysts removed surgery

目的探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术中双极电凝止血对患者卵巢功能的影响。方法选取本院2010年2月至2013年5月收治的72例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术患者,按照止血方式不同分为观察组(双极电凝止血)37例与对照组(缝合止血)35例,比较两组患者术前、术后卵巢功能变化,探讨双极电凝止血对卵巢功能的影响。结果术后1个月、3个月观察组雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)及窦状卵泡数(F0)均较术前、同期对照组有明显差异(P<0.05),但术后6个月均恢复至术前水平。术前、术后6个月两组患者卵巢功能状况比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术中双极电凝止血可对卵巢功能造成短暂影响,临床应尽量减轻损伤,提高手术安全性。

Objective To observe the influence of bipolar coagulation hemostasis on ovarian function in laparoscopic ovarian cysts removed surgery. Methods 72 cases received laparoscopic ovarian cysts removed surgery in our hospital from February 2010 to May 2013 were selected and divided into two groups, the observation group (bipolar coagulation hemostasis) for 37 cases and the control group (suture hemostasis) for 35 cases. The ovarian function before and after operation of two groups was compared. And the inlfuence of bipolar coagulation hemostasis on ovarian function was observed. Results E2, LH, FSH and F0 1 month and 3 months after operation had evident difference compared with that before operation (P < 0.05), but it recovered to the normal level 6 months after operation. There was no evident difference for ovarian function 6 months before and after operation (P > 0.05). Conclusion Bipolar coagulation hemostasis has inlfuence on ovarian function in laparoscopic ovarian cysts removed surgery. We should reduce the injury and improve the operation security in clinical practice.
