新生儿窒息后器官损害及血钙改变的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究新生儿窒息后器官损害情况及血钙水平改变情况。方法将本院2011年9月至2013年9月收治的160例窒息新生儿作为观察组,另取本院健康新生儿30例,作为对照组。记录观察组患儿的器官损害情况,并检测两组患儿的血钙水平;将观察组中不同器官损害新生儿血钙水平与对照组进行对比,同时比较观察组中不同窒息情况的新生儿血钙水平。结果新生儿窒息后器官损害中,脑损害117例,心功能损害69例,肠胃功能损害46例,肾脏功能损害51例。脑损害在所有器官损害中所占比例最高,占73.12%,其次为心脏功能损害69例,占43.12%。窒息导致不同器官损害的新生儿血钙水平明显低于正常水平的对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01),且肠胃功能损害的新生儿血钙水平最低;窒息新生儿的血钙水平明显低于对照组,其中重度窒息血钙水平最低,为(1.52±0.31)mmol/L;轻度窒息、重度窒息组与对照组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.01);重度窒息与轻度窒息血钙水平相比差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论新生儿窒息后,大多数会发生器官损害,并且体内血钙水平下降,窒息程度与血钙水平下降程度呈正相关。 Objective To study the organ damage after neonatal asphyxia and blood calcium level change. Methods From 2011 Admitted in September, 2013 to September 160 cases of asphyxia newborn as observation group, another take our healthy newborns, 30 cases as control group. Results Asphyxia newborn organ damage after the midbrain damage, there were 117 cases of cardiac damage in 69 cases, 46 cases of gastrointestinal function damage, 51 cases of kidney damage. On all the highest proportion of organ damage, accounted for 73.12%, followed by heart function damage in 69 cases, accounting for 43.12%. Neonatal asphyxia in different organ damage blood calcium levels signiifcantly lower than the normal control group, difference has statistical signiifcance (P<0.01), and the function of intestines and stomach damage neonatal blood calcium level of the lowest;Asphyxia newborn blood calcium level signiifcantly lower than the control group, the disorder of blood calcium level minimum, (1.52±0.31) mm; Compared three groups, the signiifcant difference (P<0.01), mild asphyxia, severe asphyxia group compared with control group (P<0.01);Severe asphyxia compared with mild asphyxia blood calcium level (P<0.01). Conclusion After asphyxia, most of the newborn organ damage happens, blood calcium level drops, and the body was positively associated with the degree of asphyxia degree and blood calcium level drops.
