“巴塞尔银行业务条例和监管委员会”先后制订了一系列的原则和协议 ,致力于维护国际银行体系稳健运行。新近从中国人民银行分离设立的中国银行业监督委员会应当借鉴巴塞尔协议的监管思想和原则 ,采取具体措施完善我国银行监管制度。
The Basle Committee on Banking Supervision keeps working for the smooth operation of the international banking systems by formulating a series of principles and agreements. The China Banking Regulatory Commission that has just been separated from the People's Bank of China should refer to the spirit of the Basle Agreement and supervisory principles, and take practical measures to improve China's banking supervisory system.
