摘要
采用分子筛液相烷基化技术研究了β沸石在C9芳烃烷基化法提取均三甲苯中的催化性能.以盐酸对β沸石进行脱铝处理的结果表明:随盐酸浓度的增大,酸洗沸石样品的烷基化能力先增大后逐渐下降,适宜的盐酸浓度为0.1 mol/L.较佳的C9芳烃烷基化反应条件为:反应温度190 ℃,丙烯质量空速为2.52 h-1,进料C9与丙烯摩尔比为0.8,反应压力3.5 MPa.在较佳条件下,目的组分均三甲苯基本不参与反应,甲乙苯大量转化,既提高了C9芳烃中均三甲苯的含量,同时也实现了清洁生产.
In order to prevent the environmental harms caused by the catalysts for the industrial alkyla- tion to produce mesitylene,the performance ofβzeolite for the liquid phase alkylation was studied for the extraction of mesitylene from C_9 aromatics through the alkylation.Theβzeolite was modified by dealumination with HCl.The results showed that the alkylation activity of theβzeolite first increased and then decreased gradually with the increase of HCl concentration,with the optimal concentration of HCl being 0.1 mol/L.The reaction conditions were investigated,and the optimal parameters was found as it follows:reaction temperature 190℃,weight hourly space velocity referred to propylene 2.52 h^(-1),the molar ratio of C_9 aromatics to propylene 0.8,and reaction pressure 3.5 MPa.Under the above conditions,the target component of mesitylene did not participate in the reaction appreciably, but methyl ethyl benzene was converted in quantity,which not only improved the content of mesitylene in C_9 aromatics,but also achieved clean production.
