公共关系专业教学设计刍议

Some Opinions on Pedagogical Design for PR Specialty

自深圳大学1985年创办公共关系专业以来,全国已有数十所高校相继开设公共关系课程。我们有责任在三年实践的基础上,完善公共关系学的学科结构——公共关系学是一门涵盖面极为宽泛的边缘学科,因此要理顺各交叉学科与公共关系学本体的依存关系——公共关系学是一门技术性极强的应用学科,因此要加强技能训练,提高学生基本素质——作为新兴学科的公共关系学,其学科体系的日渐完善有赖于各交叉学科向公共关系学本体的嬗变——针对我国国情,建立公共关系专业教学专科与本科一条龙的学制体制。

Since Shenzhen University set up the specialty of Public Relation in 1985, tensof Chinese universities and colleges have adopted this course. Therefore, we are duty-bound to, based on the experience accumulated in the past three years, perfect thestructure of PR as an academic subject. PR is a borderline discipline with a verywide extension. Therefore, there must be a systematic arrangement of variousoverlapping subjects as against PR. PR is a strongly technical applied subject andtherefore much stress should be attached to technique training with a view to enhan-cing the quality of students. As a newly emerging subject, PR's perfection relies verymuch upon its overlapping subjects gradually transmutating toward PR per se. InChina the practical need is to set up a continuous sequence of PR as a universityspecialty encompassing special training and BA courses.
