摘要
分析了三相交流电机全数字脉宽调制的原理.在集成DSP电机控制器ADMC331软硬件结构的基础上,编制了三相正弦波-三角波、等零脉宽和三相正弦波加三次谐波-三角波脉宽调制软件,比较了这3种调制方法的优缺点.指出了在正弦波中加入适当比例的三次谐波构成的正弦波加三次谐波-三角波脉宽调制方法与等零脉宽方法具有相似的优良性能,为三相正弦波加三次谐波-三角波脉宽调制方法在实际工程中的应用提供理论依据.
The principle of pure digital pulse width modulation (PWM) of the three-phase AC motor is analyzed. Based on an integrated digital signal processing (DSP) motor controllers ADMC331, the software of sinusoidal wave-triangular wave, equal null impulse and sinusoidal+triple-harmonic wave-triangular wave PWM schemes is worked out. Merits and demerits of the three PWM schemes are compared, and experiment results indicate that equal null impulse and sinusoidal+triple-harmonic wave-triangular wave PWM schemes have approximate characteristics. The application rule of sinusoidal+triple-harmonic wave-triangular wave PWM schemes in actual project is obtained.
