有机锌试剂1,4-加成反应合成前列腺素E_1甲酯的研究

摘要  用反-1-碘-3-三甲硅氧基-1-辛烯制备的锌试剂与2-(6-甲氧羰己基)-4-(2-四氢吡喃氧基)-环戊-2-烯酮,经1,4-加成反应合成了前列腺素E1甲酯,这表明用有机锌试剂通过1,4-加成反应合成前列腺素E类化合物是可行的。对其加成反应条件的分析显示,在CuCN作用下,其加成反应产率可提高约12%。 Preparation of prostaglandin E1 methyl ester was accomplished by 1,4-addition reaction of organozinc reagent made from 1-iodo-3-trimethysiloxy-1-octene with 2-(6-methoxylcarbonylhexyl)-4-(2-tetrahydro-pyranyloxy)-2-cyclopentenone.It indicates it is possible that prostaglandin E compounds could be synthesized with 1,4-addition reaction of organozinc agent.Under catalysis of CuCN,the yield could increase 12% in the 1,4-addition reaction.
