摘要
总裁生命周期理论衍生出总裁更替影响企业绩效的两种途径———绩效回落和绩效震荡。依据绩效损失的不同程度将总裁更替划分为不同的类型,最后提出总裁更替应努力的方向及对国有企业尤其是大中型企业的借鉴与参考。
Two ways in which the replacement of presidents may influence on effect of enterprises are derived from the theory of president life circle ——effect fall and effect shock. According to the degrees of effect loss, presidents replacements is divided into different types, and directions for replacement of state-owned-enterprises are suggested finally.
