摘要
我国企业小型化属世界前列,“二重结构”问题突出。“集团”化是有利于调整产业组织中的规模和理顺关系,但大企业的比重过大,将对存量结构的调整构成巨大障碍。作者基于去年的赴日考察,侧重从发展和体制方面进行了描述和分析,指出:将“二重结构”的不利因素转变为有利因素,关键之一在于以非集团的方式发展大企业与中小企业及中小企业之间的社会分工体系。
Chinese enterprises are known for their small size. 'Double structure' formsan outstanding problem. While 'grouping' is no doubt favourable to the readjust-ment in the size of the enterprises and the interrelations among them, it will poseserious obstacles against the structural readjustment of the inventories. Mr. XiaWho visited Japan in 1986, presents his review and analysis of this particular prob-lem, focusing on development and the existing system.
