Systematic Review of Inflation in China

本文指出,我国经济改革与发展面临着通货膨胀的挑战。作者分析了通货膨胀在我国存在的深层原因和特点之后,着重探讨了通货膨胀的五大危害性:(一)干扰了价格体系的规律性变动;(二)加剧了产业结构中的瓶颈制约;(三)恶化了收入分配的格局;(四)破坏了正常的经济流程;(五)紊乱了人们的正常心理状态。最后,作者提出解决通货膨胀的原则性对策。

Proceeding from the observation that inflation poses serious problems for thereforms in China's economy, Mr. Zhou Zhenhua in the present work makes an ana-lysis of the underlying causes of the inflation and its special features. He empha-sized the dangers inherent in such inflation, noting that.1. It interferes the regular changes in the price system;2. It narrows the bottlenecks in the industrial structure;3. It worsens the present pattern of the distribution of income;4. It undermines the normal operation of economy; and;5. It gives rises to abnormal social psychology.Mr. Zhou offers, in broad lines, his own proposals to curb inflation.
