摘要
企业管理模式有效与否,关键在于这些模式赖以存在的管理思想和管理理论是否符合社会的政治、经济和人文环境。本文在对传统的管理理论反思的基础上,分析了我国当前的社会环境,提出了以全员经营管理为基本特征的企业管理思想及其理论框架,并且探讨了其实现的途径。
The key to any effective model of enterprise administration lies in the suitabi-lity of the model's underlying concepts and theories to China's political, economicand social reality. The co-authors of the present article, after a review of the tradi-tional administrative theories, propose an administration characterized chiefly by all-personnel participation. They proceed to present the general theoretic basis for it be-fore dealing with the adequate means for its enformance.
