High-Technology Industry and Commodity Economy

本文指出了高技术与高技术产业的含义及发展高技术产业的重要意义,着重分析了高技术产业发展的经济制度因素、揭示了高技术与商品经济之间的内在联系,强调没有发达的商品经济就没有发达的高技术及其产业。最后,从改革、开放角度论述了在我国发展高技术产业的对策。

After giving definitions to high technology and high--technology industry andoutlining the significance of such industry, the present article draws attention to thefactor operating, in the present economic system, in favour of the growth of suchindustry and points to the intrinsic relations between high technology and commodi-ty economy, emphasizing that no high technology nor high--technology industry ispossible unless there is commodity economy. The discourse concludes with proposalson the appropriate measure to be taken for the development of such industry, propo-sals laid out on the premises of reform programs and the open--door policy.
