Transference of Enterprise Ownership

产权转让的主要功能是在资本重组中优化产品结构和有限资源的配置.产权有广义产权和狭义产权两种,与此相对应的两种产权转让的实质分别为所有权和经营权的转让.作者提出了此说的理论依据并指出:财产估价的困难性、产权转让的非便利性和交易方式的不灵活性限制了产权的商业化,从而阻滞了产权转让的进行.

The transference of ownership has as its chief role the optimization, through the re-allocation of fund, of the industrial structure and the distribution of limited resources. Whereas there are ownership by the broader sense and that in the narrower sense, the transference may accordingly involve either the right to own or the right to manage an enterprise. After expatiating on the theoretical basis for their own argument, the co-authors of the article emphasize that difficulty in the assessment of property, inconvenience in ownership transference and the inflexibility in the mode of transactions join to limit the commercialization of ownership and hamper its transference.
