Rural Financial System During Reforms

农村经济改革向深层推进,必然使农村商品经济货币化程度加深,这就要求变革农村金融体制,以适应农村经济的发展.本文就信用社体制的改革、农业银行的发展以及农村资金市场的建立从多方面进行了论述.

The deeper development of the reforms in the rural economic system will inevitably lead to the greater role of currency in the commodity economy in the countryside. Thus the financial system must be reformed to answer the need of rural economic growth. The present article represents an attempt by comprehensive observation to give a general review of the reforms of the credit cooperatives, the enlargement of the agricultural banks and the formation of rural financial markets.
