股份制不仅不会动摇社会主义公有制基础,而且将进一步发挥公有制在社会经济中的积极作用.作者针对我国经济特点,大胆地构想出劳动共有股份制模式.该模式由国有股、企业集体股、职工合作股、社会自由认购股、企业法人股五种股份构成,是所有制改革的一条新思路.
