企业产权转让(或称企业兼并)是我国经济改革中发育的新经济机制,对于实现资产存量优化具有重要意义.本文对产权转让的高级形式——股权转让进行了深入的研究,提出了股权转让的多种形式和规则,认为大力发展股权转让市场将会加快我国资产存量结构的合理化.

Transfer of enterprise ownership, or merger, as a new economic mechanism evolved in China's economic reforms, will play an important role in the optimization of the reserve of assets. The article, giving a deep-going study on the transfer of stocks as a highly developed form of asset transfer specifies the different patterns of and rules for such transfer. It emphasizes that the expansion of the markets for such transfer will mean a higher rate in the structural optimization of the reserve of assets in China.
