摘要
我国现存的各种管理标准体系内容繁多而且不协调,这难于满足经济不断发展的要求,且有使管理标准失去意义的可能.作者以企业管理标准化及标准体系的建立为解剖点,探索了管理标准化的途径:将组织结构、责权结构、职能结构中各个管理机构承担各项具体管理职能的主要责权及上下左右工作关系的管理标准抽出,对其进行多种组合,从而得到有各种专门用途的多套管理标准.
Administrative standard systems operating in China, characterized by complicatedness in content and mutual disconformity,could hardly suit the need of consistent economic growth and tends to lead to a state of affairs in which administrative standards would become meaningless. Mr. Wang Yang of Harbin Light Industry Institute in the present article of his proceeds from a review of the establishment of the standardization of enterprise, administration and the standard systems before presenting a study on how to standardize the administration.His system involves the sampling of the chief responsibilities arising from the specific administrative function of each administrative body in the organizational structure,responsibility and right structure and functoinal structure and also the sampling of administrative standards for the vertical and horizontal business relations before obtaining sets of adminstrative standards applicable to different special conditions by means of forming combinations.
