摘要
在我国现阶段的经济水平上,产业组织存在着“二重结构”.但由于历史和制度上的原因,我国“二重结构”中制度分布不均衡,它既未引发全面竞争,也未形成协同机制.要全面培植“二重结构”内部的协同机制,必须从有限的组织目标向整体组织改造目标转换.在着力发展大企业体制的同时,要注意确立不同规模企业之间具有高度有序性的社会分工体系.
'Double structure' exists in China' s industrial organization at its present stage of development. Historical and institutional factors are responsible for the asymetry in its distribution and it has not yet induced any full competition, neither has it formed a coordination mechanism. The formation of such a mechanism in the double structure requires a transition from limited organization to overall organization. While emphatic efforts should be made in expanding the bigienterprise system,the establishment of a well-developed and orderly system of social division of labor among enterprises varying in size is also important. The institutional reform should more definitely include the overall reshaping of the industrial organization.
