摘要 水资源分布的区域差异加剧了水资源的紧张局面 .TonyAllan提出虚拟水的新概念和计算方法 ,已成为缓解区域水紧张状况的一个有效方法 .文中系统地介绍虚拟水方法和战略 ,以及其理论框架、指标体系和计算方法 .介绍全球主要国家和地区的虚拟水交易量 ,阐述了虚拟水方法的应用 . On account of general applicability of the innovative thinking and method, the new concept of virtual water and its calculating method advancing by Tony Allan have become more and more popular as an effective method for alleviating regional water shortage. The author gives here a systematic account of theoretical framework, indicator system and calculating method of virtual water method and strategy; and sets forth specifically the applications of virtual water method through trading limit of virtual water in main countries and regions of the whole world.
