Application of VBMS Comm-Control to the Management of Machine Room

用VB控件实现通讯的方法 ,比调用API动态连接库的方法更加方便、快捷 ,而且用较少的代码可以实现相同的功能 .文中介绍VB通讯控件的基本属性设置和编程方法 ,以及AT相关指令的主要功能和使用 .同时从实际操作出发 ,提出在Windows平台下的通信软件设计方法 ,给出基本通信程序 .阐述在高校机房管理中 ,使用VB通讯控件MSComm ,通过Modem调制解调器来控制机房中的电脑电源开关 。

Starting from a briefing on basic attribute and programming method of VB MS Comm control, main function and use of interrelated AT instructions, and also the actual operation, the author puts forward the design method of communications software under Windows platform; and gives basic communications program. In managing the machine room of college or university, it is suggested to control the power switch of computer by using VB MS Comm control and Modem. Thus the management of machine room can be realized.
