摘要 利用污泥和粉煤灰生产轻集料具有环保节能和促进可持续性发展等优势 ,生产出的高强优质轻集料更是当前高层和重大工程所急需的。研究了利用污泥以及热电厂的低品位粉煤灰生产高强优质轻集料的工艺和方法。结果表明 ,利用污泥和粉煤灰的配合比为 6∶ 4成型的坯体 ,通过控制焙烧制度 ,匹配焙烧时间和温度的关系 ,生产出了筒压强度高达 7.10 MPa,吸水率为 7.0 %的 80 Lightweight aggregate manufactured by sludge and fly ash has an excellent environmental adjustability and can promote durative development. The high performance of lightweight aggregate is needed in some significant project nowadays. This paper studies on the techniques of manufacturing high performance lightweight aggregate by sludge and fly ash. It is concluded that we can produce lightweight aggregate using the ratio of sludge to fly ash is 6∶4 through controlling the sintered method, adjusting time and temperature. The high performance lightweight aggregate belongs to 800 grade is manufactured with the strength of 7.10 MPa and the water absorption of 7.0%.
