摘要
研究了一种用于药物缓释的生物可降解材料聚癸二酸酐 /聚乳酸共混薄膜的制备 ,通过选择不同的溶剂 ,以及改变聚癸二酸酐和聚乳酸的比例 ,采用溶剂蒸发法得到了聚癸二酸酐 /聚乳酸共混薄膜 ,同时对聚癸二酸酐 /聚乳酸共混薄膜在生理盐水中的降解性能进行了研究。结果表明当聚癸二酸酐的质量分数在 10 %~ 30 %的范围内 ,用三氯甲烷和二氯甲烷作溶剂时可以得到成膜性能良好的共混薄膜 ,降解实验结果表明在降解过程中 ,聚癸二酸酐首先发生降解 ,并能在 3d内降解大部分 ,降解实验进行到第 2 1d后 ,溶液的 p H值变为 3.0 ,此时共混薄膜总失重达到 12 .4 %。
The preparation of polysebacic anhydride (PSA)/polylactide (PLA) blend film that is used as biodegradable material in drug delivery is studied.With the selection of different solvents and changing ratios of PSA and PLA, the blend film was obtained by solvent casting and the degradation properties of the film in normal saline are also studied. The experiment results show that the excellent blend film can be obtained by using trichloromethane and dichloromethane as solvent when the mass fraction of PSA was the range between 10%-30%. PSA was firstly degraded and can be mostly degraded in the degradation of blend film in the first 3 days, and the pH value of degradation solution has been changed to 3.0 and the weight loss of the blend film was 12.4% after 21days.
