摘要
介绍了研制的加速度计及其工作模式。实验结果表明,该加速度计具有高灵敏度、高精度、超低频信噪比高等特点。是实现超低频、微振空间测量的较理想工具。
A new accelerometer and its working model are presented. The accelerometer has high sensitivity, high precision and high signal to noise ratio at ultralow frequency. It's quite ideal tool to realize space measurement of ultralow frequency and slight shock.
