摘要
可再生能源应用对农村的可持续发展具有重要意义,但评估可再生能源对农村可持续发展的影响程度却一直限于定性方法。通过建立可再生能源应用对农村可持续发展的影响评价体系,可解决对该项评估的定量问题。在研究中,应用Delphi法和AHP法相结合的方式可确定体系中各个评价指标的权重;而建立评价模型并通过案例分析使该评价体系的可用性得到了证实。
Utilization of renewable energy is of great significance to rural sustainable development, but the evaluation of the impact level has been limited to qualitative approach. The measurement problem in the evaluation can be solved by establishing an evaluation system for the effect of renewable energy utilization on rural sustainable development. In the study, weights of various evaluating indexes can be set using both Delphi and AHP approaches;the usability of the system is proved through evaluation modeling and case study.
