中国法制建设应重视法律的本土化问题。民族习惯法承载着薪火相传 生生不息的民族精神,因此应站在原创文化的高度去解读民族习惯法,同时运用法人类学和法律史学的科学方法进行深入探索,使民族法文化在新的时代得以传承和复兴。

Indigenization of law should be emphasized in legal construction in China.Ethnic customary law is the vehicle for ethnic spirit handed down from one generation to another.Therefore,ethnic customary law should be interpreted from the perspective of original culture and explored using scientific method of legal anthropology and legal history, so as to inherit and reconstruct it in the new era.
