摘要
基于物流与资金流的供应链管理理论,已经不能满足企业适应全面竞争的需要。认为加强供应链成员间资源的协调与合理共享,是提高资源使用有效性的关键。经济问题就是择优问题。通过阐明供应链中的择优分配基本内容以及分析方法,以期实现供应链的高效管理。
Supply chain management theory based on material and capital cannot meet complete competition. The paper thinks that to strengthen rational share of resources optimization among members of supply chain is a key. The economic problem is reatianal selection. In this paper, by optimum allotment in supply chain the anthor illustrate its basic content and analysis method, to realize the efficiency of supply chain.
