针对当前我国诸多显赫一时的民营企业纷纷倒闭的问题,分析了随着企业内外生态环境的复杂化,企业经营所面临的风险日益增多,但民营企业如何将风险转化为机遇而非危机,已成为业内人士面临的难题与关注的焦点,由此得出在中国这样的企业生态环境下建立趋利避害的风险机制是民营企业将风险转化为机遇的关键。

After analysing private enterprises, we found that many astonishing cases of bankrupt of many huge enterprises. We realize that the crises that the companies must face appear to be more and more with the complication of the ecosystem environment. Furthermore how to efficiently turn the crises of the enterprises to be chances has been the major problem confronted by the insiders. This conclusion of the text is that establishing the risk mechanism in the Chinese ecosystem environment for private enterprises is the key point of gaining instead of losing.
