The management of spare parts is an important task of enterprise management. Efficient inventory plan and design of spare parts will save large amounts of money. By analyzing the three key elements of inventory and the present status of spare parts inventory in China, the paper puts forward the jointly managed inventory mode for spare parts and the implement tactics.
