为有效地管理供应链和提高供应链整体绩效,企业必须根据自身情况建立一套科学合理的供应链绩效评价体系。对供应链绩效评价体系的构架、指标选取及评价方法进行了探讨,重点给出平衡记分卡和供应链基准化两种方法以供企业参考。

This article first clarifies the significance and principle for the supply-chain performance evaluation, discusses the approaches to the performance measurement system and the index system for performance evaluation. Finally two evaluating methods-balanced scorecard and supply-chain benchmarking are presented as reference for enterprises.
