Maoming Petroleum Industry Corp. is the biggest oil refinery in the south of China, which has in recent years gained rather satisfactory achievement in the management and reform thereof.This essay presents a philosophical analysis over the guideline and ideology of its management and it mode of administration with a view to emphasizing the significant role played by the renovation and improvement of the management philosophy of the executive body of an enterprise in breaking through the ideological limitation imposed by small-scale production.
