区域内教育均衡发展是当前基础教育发展面临的重要课题。以杭州市下城区基础教育为例,研究区域性推进基础教育均衡发展的现实策略、实施途径,旨在加快推进基础教育均衡发展,以满足人民群众对优质教育资源的需求。

Nowadays how we can boost the balanced development in city district is a key problem of the compulsory education in China. Taking Xiacheng City District of Hangzhou as an eample, we may find practical strategies and approaches aiming at boosting the balanced development in the city districts and satisfying the people’s demands for the quality resources of the compulsory education.
