摘要
从1999年组建湖州师范学院以来,我校师资队伍建设取得了明显成效,已构筑起一支数量基本满足、结构趋于合理、整体实力明显增强的师资队伍。针对本科教学工作水平评估和学校中长期发展目标和“三步走”战略,通过总结分析发展现状中存在的问题,试图提出未来师资队伍建设的初步构想。
In the past four years, the construction of the teachers’ rank of our college has achieved an outstanding result. So it is necessary to summerize the practice and experience from it, which is useful for the construction of teachers’ rank. At the same time, by analyzing the problems existing among the construction of rank, and by aming at passing the evaluation of the undergraduate college in 2005 and the longterm target and strategy of “ Three Steps”. This paper suggests some tentative ideas to perfect the construction of the rank of teachers of our college.
