摘要
本文以集合论的思想,研究多准则的项目强制性定量评价问题。分析了由于准则之间存在重迭性而引起的重复计算及其对评价造成的不利影响,通过对消除重迭性影响方法的理论探讨,提出了消除重复计算的有效、实用的方法,使评价结果可靠性的提高成为可能。这一方法的研究,不仅对项目评价具有实用意义,而且,对于任何强制性的定量评价工作都有参考价值。
A criterion can be thought of as a set which contains a lot of elements. In multicriteria evaluation of project, some of the criteria usually overlap with one another. Double countings are, thus, caused by the existance of the overlap of the criteria. In this paper the harm of such double countings is discussed. Theoritical analysis of deleting the double countings is conducted. Practical and efficient methods for deleting the double countings are presented, which focus on the estimates of the most possible evaluation values of the overlapped criteria and on the modification of the weights of the related criteria. project evaluation can, thus, be made more convincible. This study is of value to any forced quantitative evaluation as well as project evaluations.
