本文在讨论一类科技经济社会决策问题的特性基础上,给出了一种解决这类复杂科技经济社会决策问题的定量方法。该方法考虑了科技经济社会决策问题中的多目标性,依据专家提供的决策信息,经由决策分析者借助电子计算机进行的分析,最后为决策者提供出决策结果,以此作为最终决策的根据。文章所给出的方法不失为一种比较实用的人一机结合的多目标属性决策方法。

Based on the discussion on the multiple attribute decisionmaking problems in economy, society, science and technology, this paper presents a method to resolve these problems. In the decisionmaking process of using this method are considered their charateristics of multiple, conflict, fuzzy objectives in the decisionmaking problems. Decision maker(s), experts, and decision analyst(s) take part in the process. The given method in the paper is a more practical multiple attribute decisionmaking method with the support by micro-compute.
