以ZnO为基体材料制作的H_2S气敏元件比SnO_2元件对H_2S气体的选择性和响应恢复特性有明显的改善。这为元件的实用化创造了有利的条件。
The selectivity and respouse. restore behavior of the gas sensitive element based on ZnO is obviously improved on those of SnO2 gas sensor. This provide favorite conditions making theelement practical.
